I am writing with severe disappointment regarding aGiant Salt Lamp, which was arrived damaged , packed unsafely and was missing the cable and plug.

My order was first placed on the 4th of December, I did not receive any update of the order process and it was not delivered until the 24/12. I emailed previously as this was a gift for my mother and had no reply.

When it was delivered it was left in a damaged box, in the rain, left at my front door on its side on the wet floor. Find photo attached.

When it was opened the salt was cracking and there was a pile of remains underneath it. It was damaged and had cracks in the lamp where it had broken. There was no protecting wrapping nor was a cable included.

I am disappointed and was unable to gift this to my mother.

10/10 great showpiece in my home

Brilliant lamp very pleased with the size & quality. Shipping was 3 days to arrive.

Just received mine today what a stunning natural work of art, simply amazed.
